How do you earn VP in Pokemon Champions?

VP comes from Ranked Battles and from completing missions. The game runs Daily Missions, Weekly Missions, Event Missions, Starter Missions, Membership Missions, and ships 25 distinct mission templates across them, covering battling, playing well, team building and simple housekeeping like logging in or changing your outfit.

Training moves onto a Pokemon, buying held items, and Mega Stones at 2000 VP each. VP is what limits you in Champions, not time. Read the mission list once and you will know where yours is going.

What are the rank tiers?

The progression titles run Full-Fledged Trainer, then Great Trainer, then Ultra Trainer, then Master Trainer, then Champion. There are 18 rank labels in total across those tiers.

What rewards can you get besides VP?

The game hands out VP, outerwear, bottoms, badges, Trainer icons, titles. Titles are the largest group, with 86 distinct ones.

No VP amounts, and that is a data limit not an oversight

The game files carry the mission templates but not their payouts. Every reward figure is filled in from the game's servers at runtime and never appears in the ROM, so this page can tell you exactly what earns VP and never how much. Item and move costs are the opposite: those are in the data, and they are on the items page and the training planner.
